Requirements

  • Early Childhood qualification with infant / toddler specialisation
  • Certification from a national early childhood regulatory body (e.g., ECDA, ACECQA, Ofsted, or equivalent)
  • Experience with toddler development and care
  • Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
  • Excellence in family partnership
