Job Description Summary

This position has managerial oversight of multiple facilities, an entire campus, or a portfolio of client facilities and has at least one Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager reporting into it.

About the Role:

  • Facility Operations & Maintenance – Oversee daily operations, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance, ensuring compliance with C&W policies and client directives.
  • Contract & Vendor Management – Review and manage service contracts, ensure competitive bidding, verify invoices, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
  • Tenant & Stakeholder Engagement – Respond to tenant requests, assess occupant needs, and implement service programs in line with SLAs.
  • Financial & Budget Planning – Prepare, review, and manage budgets, financial reports, expenditures, and capital improvement plans.
  • Reporting & Compliance – Maintain accurate documentation, oversee regulatory compliance, and ensure timely reporting of facility management data.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial role within facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day operations in facilities, including custodial services, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance.
  • Experience in contract management: Ability to review, bid out, and verify invoices for compliance with contract pricing.
