Responsibilities:
Lead the financial control sub-function to ensure the implementation of corporate financial processes and systems; maximizes the quality of financial reporting and analysis.

Oversee financial, accounting, tax, management reporting, and governance functions across the RGE group.
Provide strategic guidance to the Fiber, Palm, and Energy businesses to ensure alignment with group-level policies and objectives. (Initial focus could be on specific businesses.)
Establish and maintain robust corporate governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across the group.
Drive the development and implementation of effective financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure accurate and timely group-level consolidation and management reporting, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to optimize the group's liquidity and financial health.
Provide oversight on capex reviews, investment appraisals, and IRR monitoring to ensure sustainable returns.
Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, fostering collaboration and supporting operational improvements and sustainable business growth.
Advocate and implement measures to improve business sustainability, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Drive organizational capability building within the corporate controls function.
Job Requirements:
Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance, or Economics from good universities. Finance Degree /CPA/CFA/MBA preferred, with at least 15 years of work experience with ideally in manufacturing environment.
Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial position, partnering with business leaders.
Reporting experience in all financial, management and compliance.
Possess experience in cross border tax and legal entities
Exposure to corporate controllership, treasury, banking, corporate finance, merger and acquisition in a corporate environment in multinational groups.
