IT DR Manager (Disaster Recovery)

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
o Evaluate vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, Cloud etc.).
o Identify potential system failures and assess their impact.
o Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.

Resilience Planning and Strategy:
o Collaborate with IT teams to create a comprehensive resilience strategy.
o Define recovery objectives, response protocols, and business continuity plans.
o Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC):
o Design and maintain DR and BC plans for critical IT systems.
o Conduct regular drills and simulations to validate readiness.
o Coordinate recovery efforts during incidents.

Incident Response and Communication:
o Lead incident response efforts during disruptions.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and end-users.
o Provide timely updates and transparent communication.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:
o Establish KPIs to measure infrastructure resilience.
o Regularly report on performance, incidents, and improvements.
o Use data-driven insights to enhance resilience strategies.
