Operations Technology Officer

We are seeking an Operations Technology Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing test cases, coordinating project timelines, and supporting the smooth execution of user acceptance testing (UAT). The role involves effective communication with stakeholders, managing risks and issues in testing, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:


Create test cases based on defined requirements and user stories.
Verify and validate changes to existing information, ensuring all necessary data is available.
Ensure test cases are comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
Communicate any changes to the UAT scope to all relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement a User Testing Acceptance framework.
Document and track risks and issues encountered during testing.
Assist with project coordination, ensuring timelines, resources, and schedules are properly managed for timely project delivery.
Support the creation, maintenance, and documentation of project-related materials.


Requirements:


Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure, especially in high-intensity situations.
Strong team player with excellent networking skills.
Experience working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to work independently while managing relationships in a matrix environment.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power App, Power BI, Power Automate) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Able to perform shift work.
