  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries efficiently, and contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience.



Job Description:

Assign daily jobs and coordinate with drivers
Email Parts team to confirm spare parts' delivery dates and times.
Communicate with customers on shipment schedules.
Arrange urgent orders with warehouse and drivers.
Activate collection requests from engineers.
Follow up with customers and call management team on back orders and manual releases.
Prepare loan form for customers to sign when borrowing spare parts.
Assist with preparing airway bills and invoices.
