About the role
We are seeking an organised and efficient Admin Coordinator to join our vibrant team at A2G Music Centre Pte Ltd, based in the Jurong and Bukit Panjang areas. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative and client-facing operations, ensuring the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales and operations teams
Handling client enquiries and liaising with customers to deliver a high level of service
Maintaining accurate records and databases, processing orders and managing inventory
Assisting with the coordination of events, meetings and courses arrangements
Undertaking general office duties such as filing, copying and data entry
Contributing to the implementation of new administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a client-facing administrative or coordination role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
No work experience required.
