Position Summary: The General Manager (GM) will oversee all operational aspects of our business, including our office departments—Administration, Accounts, Marketing, and Human Resources—as well as managing our outlet managers. The GM will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the board, driving our business goals, and maintaining the high standards of service that Tan Xiang is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations
Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction
Work closely with the management team to meet the company's operational goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Degree in Business Management or relevant field is preferred
