  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: 8.30pm to 6pm (Mon to Fri); 9am to 1pm (Sat)
Working Days: 5.5 days
Bonus: Subject to Performance

Job Responsibilities

Air Conditioner and Ventilation: Servicing and maintenance of air conditioner and ventilation systems including fans, air filters and controls for temperature and moisture.
Electrical: Maintenance of electrical system including electronic motors, installation work and troubleshooting for faults.
Plumbing: Maintenance of water supply, sewage system, hot water systems, plumbing fixtures and trouble troubleshooting for faults.
Heating systems: Maintenance of water heaters and heating systems including heating element replacement and troubleshooting for faults.
General Repair and Maintenance: Structure maintenance, care of department tools, supplies and equipment, painting works and appliances installation.
Liaise with tenants on maintenance/repair work and schedule.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Min. O Levels in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in M&E industry
Experience in HVAC system design is preferred
Hands-on experience and Fair knowledge and skills in M&E industry
Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
