Public Area Attendant

Public Area Attendant cleans, maintains and supplies all assigned areas in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by the hotel.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the incumbent will be responsible to:-

To have complete knowledge of hotel standard operating policies and procedures
To maintain and enforces all quality service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services
Act as restroom attendant when required especially during VIP functions
Maintains and clean all public areas, heart of the house areas and other assigned work areas as per standard operating procedures
Handles housekeeping cleaning equipment with care as per standard operating procedures
Reports malfunctioning of equipment, damaged and abused to Public Area furniture , fixtures, carpet and any other hotel properties and any defects for maintenance to Senior Public Area Attendant
Maintains par stock on all supplies and parts
Checks and maintains that all hygiene rules and regulation are strictly adhered to
Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Customer service oriented, energetic and proactive.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
