Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Supervise and train staff, including sushi preparation (training provided), cashiering, and food preparation processes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness of food preparation areas and ensuring proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Perform administrative tasks, such as staff scheduling, payroll management, and adherence to labor regulations.
Take charge of store promotions and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and revenue.
Execute any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by senior management.
Requirement:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively.
Prior experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus.
