We are looking for Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team in different locations. Roles available are as follows:-

  • Guest Experience Coordinator (Airport) – Based at the airport, welcoming guests and managing arrivals.

  • Guest Experience Coordinator (Office) – Handling reservations, guest inquiries, and bookings.

  • Guest Experience Coordinator (Attractions) – Assisting guests at attractions and coordinating their visits

  1. Guest Experience Coordinator (Airport)

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome guests upon arrival and brief guests on their itinerary, including accommodation, transport, and activities

    • Coordinate with the office and transport providers to ensure timely arrival of vehicles and smooth guest transfers.

    • Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary

  2. Guest Experience Coordinator (Office)

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicating in a friendly disposition regardless internally or externally.

    • Ensure all calls, chats, emails are handled promptly & professionally.

    • Respond to inquiry, feedback and provide resolution in accordance with the company service standards

    • Perform data entries and quality checks on bookings for future arriving guests

    • Ensure that all required reservations, ticketing, tasks or follow-up actions are completed accurately and efficiently

    • Liaison between various business units on satisfying guests requests

    • Determine guests’ needs and quote the appropriate rate as per requirements on all products and services

    • Know the pricing, packages, and convert opportunities into sales

    • Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary

  3. Guest Experience Coordinator (Attractions)

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome guests at attractions and assist with schedules.

    • Coordinate with the office and suppliers for transport and entry.

    • Handle on-site guest inquiries and special requests, or service recovery needs in real time.

    • Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary

Requirements for All Roles:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays (On rostering)

  • Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with people from diverse backgrounds

  • A strong sense of initiative with the willingness to go-the-extra-mile for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player who keeps the team abreast of latest update
