Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant
Working Hours:
4 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Excluding public holidays
Available shifts:
Morning Shift: 9:45 AM – 1:45 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Salary:
S$15 per hour, inclusive of CPF contribution (if applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with customer reception and inquiries professionally
Organize and manage daily office administrative tasks
Maintain general office tidiness and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Proficient in computer applications, including data entry, browser and email software
Good communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer service role is an advantage
