Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to sales and engineering teams
Prepare sales quotations and invoices promptly
Handle customer feedback and able to offer service recovery (when required), while adhering to company policies
Communicate with engineers, customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders
Liaising with other Departments such as Purchase and Account Departments
Deploy manpower by scheduling effectively and efficiently
Updating of records i.e. sales records, track records, etc
Other relevant ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Having knowledge of air-conditioning materials, services and solutions is advantageous
Competent in communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders via email and phone calls
MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Well-organised, matured, commited, independent, and able to multi-task
Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
