Responsibilities:
- Provide operations, logistics, sales & HR support
- Assistance to the Operations / Sales Manager
- Administrative or Receptionist duties
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Work independently
- Good working attitude and team player
- Able to work with a tight timeline
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Admin activities:
- Responsible for administrative duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Collect payments from clients and ensure timely invoicing. - Verify invoices and process vendor payments.
- Liaising with customer, Sub-con, Main-Con, and customers on scheduling of delivery Goods
- Coordinate with the sales team to make a purchase requisition.
- Perform data entry and update servicing report
Logistics activities:
- Sales & Invoices Documentation, Import & Export processing/documentation
- L/C Negotiation & CO application
- Maintain inventory for material.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
