Tender Management:
Analyze tender documents, project requirements, and eligibility criteria.
Prepare and submit bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Coordinate with engineering and finance teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
Project Operations:
Oversee the execution of solar installation projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and quality standards.
Manage risks and troubleshoot issues on-site.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to local and international standards and regulations.
Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and records.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of engineers, project managers, and site supervisors.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Develop strategic plans to expand business in the solar sector.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and project management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with tendering procedures and contract management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience:
Typically requires 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on solar or renewable energy projects.
Proven track record in successfully managing tenders and winning contracts.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
