Role Description
Interior Times Singapore is looking for a Full-time Sales Interior Designer based in Singapore with a flexibility for some remote work. Sales Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and pursuing sales leads, meeting clients, and designing interior spaces.
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquires, meet new prospects & providing design values to create a unique & personalised space for home owners
Submitting price quotations and negotiating with clients
Convert prospect into actual sales
Determine cost and timeline of projects
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Preparation of design proposal to customers including research and decide on materials and product sourcing
Communicate effectively with client and vendors
Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
Project Coordination & Supervision of work progress
Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved
Requirements:
No prior experience is required, as training will be provided
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer oriented and strong interest in sales and interior design
Demonstrated self-discipline, confidence, focus, willing to learn and a positive mindset
Sales driven, self-motivated and willing to go extra miles.
Strong ownership, independent and proactive in learning
Able to work independently and in teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment to meet tight datelines
Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve superior results in a deadline-driven environment.
