Job Description

  • Develop and manage analytics frameworks to support the insurance product team.

  • Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as attachment rates, revenue, claims ratios, and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to uncover opportunities.

  • Partner with product managers to design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing).

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and scalability.

  • Provide insights to business development teams for insurer partnerships and negotiations.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts.

  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the team.

  • Ensure high data quality and governance to support robust analysis.

  • Automate routine analytics processes to improve efficiency.

  • Design and implement fraud detection and risk analysis models.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

  • Strong skills in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.

  • Familiarity with insurance KPIs, actuarial concepts, or risk analysis is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, including 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring analytics teams.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in travel, insurance, or fintech industries is preferred.

  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
