About the role
Stakeholder Engagement (Corp + Agency)
- Support stakeholder engagement activities
- Support Design and development of stakeholder engagement content,
collaterals - Work with internal stakeholders (Workplace Services, Corporate Affairs,
HR) to engage Corp staff - Gather feedback and concerns from Stakeholders, maintain database on
stakeholder feedback and concerns (Supporting role) - Work with CM Stream Lead to identify and manage stakeholder resistance
Communications (Corp + Agency) - Support CM Stream lead in communication activities
- Support development of Communication Materials – emails, FAQs, reading
decks - Work with internal stakeholders in order to execute communications plan
About you
- Change Impact Assessment (Corp + Agency)
- Assess and update Change Impact areas based on design and proposed operational changes (Supporting role)
- Monitor and track change impacts, change interventions
- Secondary Priority Scope
- Change Enablement - Awareness, Education (Corp + Agency)
- Perform Enablement Needs Assessment
- Work with Change Management Stream Lead in order to support design and delivery of change enablement
- Transition Planning, Move Preparation, (Corp + Agency)
- Work with internal stakeholders and Move Consultants to prepare the
relevant collaterals - Data Analysis and reporting
- Perform data analysis (organize, interpret) on data in relation to the
- Future WorkPLAYce Programme
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop findings, recommendations based on data analysis
