Job Responsibilities:
Utilize various methods to identify and gather potential leads, conducting thorough research to develop a robust sales pipeline.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present its training solutions effectively.
Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent support and service.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement. Follow up on marketing-generated leads to drive sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance sales performance and drive growth.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and company objectives.
Job Requirement:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
