Job Duties:-

Review/assist with SAP project data migration from old system to new system as follow:


Account receivables - customer set up
Account payables - supplier set up
Costing
COPA analysis
Fixed/lease asset
Internal order set up for new system
Business partner setting



Follow up with outstanding item that need to set up in the new SAP system with respective finance head from various country
Setup/attending meeting on new interface with SAP system
Assist with consultant queries
Manage timeline for SAP project
Assist with user acceptance testing
Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior


Requirements:


At least a Degree in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
At least 3 years working experience in related field
Experience with account receivables and credit control
Experience with GST and withholding tax filing/matter
Experience with agreement drafting
Experienced in ERP environment for SAP and system implementation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Access
