Operational Excellence
Keep accurate lost and found records in compliance with company policies.
Oversee cash floats and ensure cashier equipment functions properly.
Reconcile sales, investigate discrepancies, and implement loss prevention.
Safeguard cash, assets, and store keys while ensuring policy adherence.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a sales-driven, client-focused environment (leadership experience preferred).
Ability to coach and develop team members for growth.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for customer service and building genuine connection.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
