  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Production Coordinator

Salary range – S$3,200 – S$4,000 (depend on years of experience).

Responsibilities:-
1.Assist Production Manager / Asst. Production Manager in overseeing the operations of Production.
2.Assist Production Manager / Asst. Production Manager as Coordinator in the Production Department.
3.Monitor the delivery schedule of purchased materials for assembly and shop-floor production status.
4.Follow-up and expedite urgent deliveries.
5.Raise requisition for factory consumable items as well as parts for replacement and maintenance.
6.Liaise with Sales Department, Design Department and Production Work Sections’ personnel with regards to issuance of drawings, packing and delivery requirements.
7.Follow-up and ensure all works are completed on the switchboard prior to delivery.
8.Check and arrange necessary packing requirements and transportation with sub-contractors.
9.Update work schedules of production shop-floor.
10.Prepare weekly/monthly work reports for process meetings.
11.Maintain and handle ISO related matters & documents of Production Department.
12.Maintain and handle Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) related matters and documents of Production Department.
13.Issue instructions to production and establish good communication with workers on technical issues.
14.Assist Production Manager / Asst. Production Manager in the proper maintenance / service / improvement work on production equipment.

Requirements :

Diploma in Manufacturing or related field

With 1 – 2 years production/manufacturing experience preferred
