Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination:
Assist in preparing and managing daily cleaning schedules for staff.
Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate with clients regarding schedule changes or special requests.
Quality Control:
Assist in inspecting cleaning sites to ensure quality standards are met.
Report any issues or areas needing improvement to the Operations Manager.
Provide feedback to cleaning staff on performance and areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and complaints.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
Help maintain positive client relationships.
Team Support:
Assist in training new cleaning staff.
Provide support during peak times or staff shortages by stepping in for cleaning duties.
Other Ad Hoc Duties.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Cleaning industry experience
Hands on and operate machine
Friendly and positive attitude.
