Shift 1: 6.30am to 2.50pm
Shift 2: 2:10pm to 10:30pm
Shift 3: 10:20pm to 6:40am

Requirements:

Customer-service oriented with good communication skills.
Neat and presentable.
Adaptable to change and a good team player.
Comfortable to operate in a fast-paced environment

Job scope:

Collaborate with the Taxi Coordination Team to ensure smooth operations at taxi stands within the terminals, including managing the continuous flow of taxis to the stands, directing them to the appropriate bays, and ensuring seamless coordination between taxi stands. Allocate passengers to taxis based on the First-in-First-Out principle.
Carry out the assigned duties in accordance with the established SOP.
Manage and control passenger flow within the taxi queuing area.
Ensure compliance with SOP and safety standards while assisting passengers.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
