Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within a specified industry specialization of the company
Perform a full range of recruitment activities such as matching of suitable candidates with job openings
Responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing of candidates, and perform detailed reference checks
Perform business development and talent acquisition, including but not limited to cold-calling, advertising, marketing, industry networking events and recruitment fair, in a timely and accurate manner
Render high level of services to the clients and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain constant and effective communication with talents about their job search process; provide updates when due, and follow through the search journey.
Deep understanding about each industry and role’s technicalities and detailed job description before attempting to profile candidates
Provide adequate knowledge of both candidates and clients to one another to ensure the expectations are properly and accurately matched
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
Passionate and keen in doing good placements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess the will to continuously learn and then teach
Highly driven and an effective team player
Willing to be cultivated for a long term career
