Responsibilities:
Provide support to the school administration team to ensure the smooth and effective operations in finance and procurement
Assist with financial operations, including cash collections, banking, invoicing.
Executes end-to-end procurement operations process
Support the review and streamlining of processes for efficient and effective running of the General Office
Engage internal and external stakeholders such as school staff, students, parents and vendors
Administer student management activities as required, such as maintaining student databases and managing admission procedures.
Support student incident management cases and follow up on related procedures.
Assist with bus booking arrangements and provide prompt follow-up on issues arising from transportation logistics
Coordinate and fulfil additional administrative requirements as needed.
Requirements:
Shall have 1 year of prior experience in finance, procurement and/or administrative support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
A team player with good interpersonal, strong analytical and communications skills
Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
Adaptability and quick learning ability
