Knowledge of Meat Cuts: Thorough understanding of different meat and fish cuts, their quality, and best uses.
Food Safety Awareness: Adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling practices.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise cuts and proper presentation of meat and fish products.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with chefs and other kitchen staff regarding meat orders and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferably with Food hygiene Audit Cert (WSQ)
Basic Food Hygiene Cert (WSQ)
At least 1 years of related experience
