Key Responsibilities
General administrative duties
Liaising with vendors and operational side.
Assist on deliveries orders flow and warehouse stock management.
Purchasing of stocks and ensure stock flow.
Preparing of necessary reports required
Assisting roles and tasks assigned by manager
Carrying out miscellaneous and basic administrative tasks
Updating stock movement database between outlets and office.
Perform ad-hoc duties and support superior on everyday task.
Perform monthly physical stocktaking
Performing daily inventory duties, assist in stock inventory from suppliers, outlets and deliveries.
Manage, ensure documentation, filing are updated to record accordingly.
Ensure adherence to office and workstation policies including cleanliness and a safe working environment
Job Requirements
Positive Team Player
Willingness to learn and improve
Positive attitude, able to work with minimum supervision and independent
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
11am to 8pm
Weekdays 5.5 days work week.
Must equip with basic Microsoft skills (MSWord, excel)
Good planning skills and meticulous
Qualifications
Singaporean and PR only
Minimum O Level
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Read and Write)
