About the Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support various business functions, including office administration, HR support, employee engagement, and operations coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Coordination


Process supplier invoices and submit them for finance approval.
Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and procurement of supplies.
Manage contracts and agreements for easy retrieval.
Track and maintain IT assets, POS systems, and restaurant laptops.
Oversee warehouse inventory for office documents and supplies.
Coordinate pantry supplies and related expenses.


Employee Engagement Support


Manage uniform distribution and liaise with suppliers.
Support employee engagement activities, including event registration and facility booking.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of engagement materials and track engagement spending.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and hiring statuses.
Respond to candidate inquiries and assist in onboarding coordination with hiring managers.


Operations & Training Support


Track and coordinate restaurant maintenance requirements.
Organize centralized induction sessions and ensure certificates are uploaded to the system.
Register employees for training programs, track completions, and update records.
Coordinate vendor renewals for maintenance contracts, request quotations, and process renewals.


What We’re Looking For


Prior experience in administrative, HR, or operations support roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general administrative tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
