About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team on a temporary contract basis (3 - 4 months). This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders and invoices, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a permanent position.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Process sales orders and generate invoices using the company’s system.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or invoicing preferred.
Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and invoicing systems (e.g., XERO, or equivalent).
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Available for the full temporary contract period.
