About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team on a temporary contract basis (3 - 4 months). This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders and invoices, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.

  • Process sales orders and generate invoices using the company’s system.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or invoicing preferred.

  • Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and invoicing systems (e.g., XERO, or equivalent).

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Available for the full temporary contract period.
