Job Title: Admin and Media Intern

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin and Media Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks and social media management, contributing to the success of our operations and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other office administrative task.

  • Support the team in organizing meetings and preparing documents.

Media and Social Media:

  • Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve performance.

  • Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and content strategies.

  • Assist in photography, video editing, and graphic design (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of analytics tools.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
