Responsibilities:

  • Identifying prospects and sell products/services; maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Able to understand basic drawing by analyzing, and summarizing information given to offer the quote.

  • Able to prepare claims by collecting information.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings and visiting sites.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least one or two years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction industry.

  • Basic quantification skills would be advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

  • A commitment to achieving targets and contributing to team success.
