Extend a warm welcome to clients and their pets, ensuring a professional and positive experience from arrival to departure.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering clear and concise information about services and treatment options.
Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
Accurately handle patient registrations, gather required documents, and manage check-ins for both routine and urgent cases.
Update and maintain precise patient records, as well as client information, as necessary.
Keep clients informed about wait times, treatment progress, and other relevant updates during their visit.
Oversee clinic paperwork, process payments, and ensure records are organized in compliance with hospital policies.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries.
Prepare and manage billing and payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and administrative workspace.
Help manage client flow efficiently, especially during busy periods or emergencies, to maintain high service standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the daily operations of the hospital, enhance patient care, and maintain excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
Experience as a customer service officer or similar role in a Medical Clinic setting.
A dedicated focus on delivering exceptional care to both animals and clients.
Capable of performing efficiently under pressure in a high-paced setting.
