Job Description:

We are seeking a SEEBURGER BIS Integration Specialist with 7-8 years of experience in EDI, business integration, and API management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS), front-end configuration, message tracking, and Development Studio. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively support production operations and monitoring within the scope of SEEBURGER Remote Services.

• Configure, deploy, and manage SEEBURGER BIS solutions for seamless data integration.

• Knowledge of mapping/converter (any-to-any file format) using BICMD or equivalent tools (IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway, etc.).

• Manage Trading Partner Onboarding and communication setups (AS2, FTP, sFTP, HTTPS, OFTP, JMS, Idoc, etc.).

• Work with various file formats like X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML, cXML, fixed-length industry-specific transactions.

• Monitor and troubleshoot message tracking to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

• Develop and customize integration solutions using SEEBURGER Development Studio.

• Utilize BICMD for command-line operations and automation (added advantage).

• Perform certificate generation, password encryption settings, PGP encryption, SSH key setup, and multitier password policy configuration (added advantage).

• Assist in production issue resolution and root cause analysis, including reviewing logs and analyzing user activities.

• Gather user feedback on system accuracy, efficiency, and functionality.

• Knowledge of Trading Partner Management (TPM) (added advantage).

• Proficiency with B2B and Monitoring solutions (added advantage).

• Periodically review systems for optimization and improvement opportunities.

• Troubleshoot data quality and connectivity issues.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers in both Mandarin and English.
