  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Opportunity

• I am supporting my client, a renowned Beauty MNC, and they are hiring an ambitious individual to conceptualize and initiate the cross-border Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce business in South East Asia.

• Location: CBD

• Salary: Up to $6000

• 12 months contract (renewable / conversion subjected to performance and business directions)

The Talent

• Min Degree in Business or Equivalent

• Min 2 years of ecommerce experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity

• Working in an environment where business processes are being defined as we go.

• Collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

• Support in executing project roadmap and strategy for a cross-border ecommerce business covering all south-east Asia markets

• Help create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivity, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within eCommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones

• Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns

• Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose

• Help identify and activates the right business drivers by tracking, analyzing and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)

• Work with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Commercial, to envision a suitable solution

• Work with external stakeholders viz e-distributors, eComm enablers, and of course marketplaces
