Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the growth and development of the brands' online business across multiple markets regionally.
• Drive online revenue growth for brands by collaborating with regional, market, and global stakeholders across all e-commerce channels.

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of e-commerce experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong experience working with key e-commerce platforms.
• In-depth understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and the role of various online channels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, from local markets to regional and global levels, to drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing complex organisations and building strong partnerships to achieve business goals.
• Consumer-focused with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and optimising the online shopping experience.
• Experience managing P&L and understanding the role of digital media in driving e-commerce activation and CRM to enhance customer relationships.
