About the role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing specialist to join our dynamic team at Pu3 Restaurant Pte Ltd. We are committed to leveraging digital platforms to connect with our customers and grow our brand. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales.
What you'll be doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms (social media, email marketing, content creation, and more) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and provide insightful reports on key metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI to drive future success.
Creative Content: Design and manage content for our social media platforms and website, keeping them fresh, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s vibrant personality.
Marketing Materials: Get creative with the production of brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials to captivate our audience and drive conversions.
Customer Engagement: Be the voice of our brand by responding to inquiries and comments on social media, keeping communication positive and on-brand.
Market Research: Dive into the latest trends in the industry, analyze competitors, and gather customer insights to help shape our marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Event Support: Assist in the organization and promotion of exciting events, roadshows, and open houses to create memorable experiences for our clients and guests.
Stay Organized: Keep track of the marketing calendar and assist in maintaining key reports and schedules.
