About the job
Based in our Singapore office, your primary focus is servicing existing customers by ensuring their requirements are met and satisfaction on our solutions and services. You should understand the challenges that our customers are facing and provide them answers based on your clear understanding of our existing offerings. You will be supported with Sales and Technical Support to manage the whole sales process. Since our customers and business partners are both local and global, you may be required to travel depending on the business needs.
Responsibilities
· Communicate regularly with existing customers, ensuring continued relationship building
· Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
· Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company
· Prepare proposals and pitch solutions to customers
· Provide business presentations and product demonstrations to customers
· Play an integral part in generating sales from existing and/ or new customers
· Participate in industry events and networking sessions representing the company
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in an account management, sales or inside sales position
· Experience within the maritime industry or having relevant sales skill is an advantage
· Bachelor's degree in Business or Diploma in Maritime Studies
· Intermediate/ Advance Microsoft office skills (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong communication skills, well-organized and attention to detail is a must

· Full-time commitment level
· High motivation and readiness to take on new challenges
· Willing to travel regionally
