This position primarily manages and ensure smooth sales process for the International Sales
business of the company. Providing full support to the Business Development Team by coordinating with existing clients with their sales order, preparation of necessary documentation and compiles market comparison data.
Job Descriptions:
• Preparation of sales quotations/ sales order for new/existing clients.
• Follow up with existing clients for repeat ordering and forecast ordering quantities.
• Data entry, file, handle e-mail enquiry, and perform other jobs critical to the Export Sales.
• Keeping track of contract expiry, contact customers for renewal, filing and maintain records of contracts.
• Preparation of export sales reports and sales forecast.
• Conducting online research and data for individual overseas markets as required.
• Checking & processing of A&P claims submitted by clients.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time.
• Provides general administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Export Sales.
Job requirement:
• Min. 1- 2 years of experience in sales admin/co-ordinator
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi tasks and work independently.
• Team player, positive attitude and thinking towards change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP system.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese would be a plus.
• Candidates with Multilingual proficiency would be advantageous.
