  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities :

Data Tracking

  • Establish & document the processes of tracking EVT / DVT / PVT units (engineering units) from suppliers.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data integrity regarding the transfer of engineering units, to and fro.
  • Accurately collect and enter data into databases and tracking systems.
  • Manage/process eMTT(shipment request) and prepare shipping documents for shipping engineering units.
  • Generate and distribute reports based on tracked data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage scrapping of engineering units globally.

Process Control and Compliance

  • Establish & maintain accurate records and documentation of administrative processes.
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Continuously monitor administrative processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with other departments to support administrative control and compliance initiatives.
  • Support annual compliance audits by providing necessary resources to auditors.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Demonstrates accountability, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and a solid understanding of business operations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, customer service, and supply chain management
