Working Hours: Rotating Day Shift (7am to 230pm / 230pm to 10pm), including weekends and Public Holidays
Commitment Period: 1-Year Contract
Job Scope
Provide good customer service including registration, providing directions, handling general enquiries, crowd control, managing gantry access and exit, register and issue entry passes
Ensure smooth operations that are carried out according to the policies, procedures and guidelines
Manage resources including manpower, equipment and supplies in daily operations, appoint Liaison Officer to facilitate and manage matters arising between departments
Handle and make decisions on escalated ground issues/feedback/complaints and perform service recovery
Submit monthly reports and provide regular feedback to Supervisor on staff performance and discipline matters
Perform any other duties pertaining to operations
Job Requirements
Prior customer service experience
Prior experience leading/managing a team
MUST be comfortable with rotating shifts
MUST be able to commit Weekends and Public Holidays
Able to work in a hospital environment
Basic PC Skills
