Full Time Restaurant Manager
Salary Range : up to $3,300 per month
Location : 30 East Coast Road - Katong V (Marine Parade MRT)
Working Day : 6 days a week
Working Hour : 8 hours per day (44 hour per week + 1.5 OT Rate)
Public Holiday: extra one day’s salary
Annual leave : 10 days
Responsibilities:
Performs all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures, coordinating with the Corporate Office as necessary.
Maintaining proper coverage and team member schedules ensuring that the store maintains customer service standards and team members adhere to meal and break policy.
Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld and accountable for store funds while running a shift.
Assists store manager and executive chef in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
Assist in the roasting of coffee bean.
Leading and coaching junior employees (Service Crew)
Being able to multi task in handling both beverage and bread section.
