Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and arrange meals, making sure they're loaded correctly.
Supervise and organize tray setup.
Make sure meals meet all airline requirements.
Properly label and identify all meal trolleys, ovens, containers, and other items.
Keep the documents for flight meals up-to-date.
Use the FIFO method when using items for tray setting.
Quickly handle any last-minute or special meal requests.
Return and clear all unused food and equipment.
Check stock levels before ordering supplies.
Provide regular inventory reports.
Maintain high standards of personal and general hygiene.
Follow all workplace safety, security, and health rules and procedures.
Perform any other assigned tasks from your manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Physically fit to carry heavy load and stand for long hours.
Minimum 'N' level.
Comfortable with shift working hours.
