Job Responsibilities:
Clean the production line before starting the machine.
Gather all necessary tools, ingredients, and materials as per work instructions.
Follow the work instructions to begin operations.
Immediately report any abnormalities during production to the Line Leader or Production Supervisor.
If equipment malfunctions, inform the maintenance technicians immediately and assist with repairs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area throughout the production process.
Ensure all tools used in production are clean; if not, rinse them with running water before the next use.
Visually inspect products for correct date codes while picking them.
Check for softness, pasteurization damage, or defects, and report any issues to the Line Leader or Supervisor.
Stack products in clean baskets and record the finished goods quantity before transferring them to the cold room.
For export orders, pack products into polyfoam and stack them on pallets or trolleys.
Verify that finished product date codes and carton labels match the production schedule.
Carry out any additional production tasks assigned by the Line Leader or Supervisor.

Possess GCE ‘N’ Level
Able to carry heavy object
