Responsibilities:
· Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
· Greet each guest promptly and courteously with a good smile and body language.
· Take reservations and enquire purpose of visit.
· Present menu and share promotions, specials, and items to customers.
· Establishing and maintaining excellent and trusted relationships with our guests.
· Able to remember Tipsy regulars and VIPs.
· Provide engagement to new and existing customers with exemplary service and entertainment.
· Provide personalized service and interaction with guests.
· Good Knowledge of Tipsy Brands and offerings.
· Implement plans to deliver excellent service for outlet.
· Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
· Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
· Ensure proper table maintenance.
· Provide table service to customers (when needed)
