Main Accountabilities:
Act as the OEM representative during customer interactions.
Prepare tools, equipment, and documentation before service jobs.
Conduct briefings with coordinators and review turbocharger details in ATURB.
Perform pre-risk assessments and follow OHS policies.
Execute services per work orders, coordinating deviations with customers.
Generate reports and recommendations via ATURB MOBILE.
Gather and report site turbocharger data for future servicing.
Maintain tools, workspace, and process improvements.
Support 24/7 service availability and participate in training programs.
Knowledge & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering or 2+ years of experience in turbocharger servicing.
Experience with ABB/Accelleron turbochargers or similar models.
Skilled in rotating machinery operations and precision measuring tools.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Challenges:
Working in harsh environments (heat, noise, dirt).
Adapting to irregular hours and emergency calls.
Frequent travel and fieldwork.
Managing diverse customer needs and multiple turbocharger models.
