  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct a final walkthrough with the TOP owner to confirm that all issues have been resolved and the property is in acceptable condition.
Compile a handover package that includes keys, access cards, remote controls, and any other items necessary for the owner to access and use the property.
Have the TOP owner sign the handover documents, acknowledging receipt of the property and its condition.
Offer post-handover support, which may include a contact person for any immediate issues or questions that arise after the handover.

Requirements:

Experience in unit handover will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional:

Work days: 5.5 days
Working hours: Mon to Fri – 9am to 530pm and Sat: 9am to 1pm.
