  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JTJB is looking to hire a Marketing Executive with the following requirements –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

  • Carry out administrative and basic marketing tasks

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Possess basic digital marketing knowledge and able to manage platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Web Profiles)

  • Experience with the use of Wordpress, HubSpot, Godaddy etc.

  • Possess basic design skills and experience in Canva or Adobe Illustrator

The general scope of work includes but are not limited to the following:

  • Produce and update marketing communication materials such as pitch decks, brochures webpages etc.

  • Prepare submissions and interviews for various industry publications, e.g. Chambers Asia Pacific, IFLR1000 and Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the firm’s publications and marketing collaterals

  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of published marketing materials

  • Update and manage marketing related data repositories

  • Analysing the firm’s marketing data

  • Assist in organizing client facing events
