Duties & Responsibilities
Greet all guests on arrival
Assist with guest check in and check out
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information about spa services, products and promotions to guests, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate
Manage point-of-sale system
Process payments for services, handling cash, credit card transactions and issuing receipts
Coordinating with staff to ensure seamless client flow, minimizing wait times
Manage incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, pricing and availability
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and etc
Requirements
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale system, booking software and data entry
Flexibility to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
Passion to the beauty and wellness industry, with knowledge of various treatments, products and services preferred
